Massachusetts-based melodic hardcore brutes A Wilhelm Scream are returning to Australia for a run of seven headline shows in 2026.
Fresh from the massively successful European Common Thread Tour, where they performed alongside the likes of Hot Water Music, Spanish Love Songs and Joyce Manor, A Wilhelm Scream are ready and roaring to hit Aussie stages next year.
The band’s tour begins in Hobart at Republic Bar on Friday 6 March before taking over Adelaide’s Ed Castle on Saturday 7 March, Melbourne’s Stay Gold on Sunday 8 March, Newcastle’s Hamilton Station Hotel on Wednesday 11 March, Brisbane’s Crowbar on Friday 13 March and Sydney’s Crowbar on Saturday 14 March, wrapping up at La La La’s in Wollongong on Sunday 15 March.

For over 25 years, A Wilhelm Scream have been out there getting it done, gaining a reputation for their chaotic live shows and melodic punk rock songs.
Despite several lineup changes and not having released an album since 2022’s Lose Your Delusion, A Wilhelm Scream perform live regularly, averaging over 250 shows each year.
Vocalist and guitarist Trevor Reilly believes the band’s sustained success is down to writing honest music that connects with audiences. “I guess it's because you never know when your new album is gonna be your final album, so you really wanna put all ya got into it,” he says. “That’s the legacy I want our band to leave behind when all is said and done.”
