Wankernomics Announce Massive 2026 Australian Tour

The Aussie duo are bringing their new show, Show_v4.1_Final_USETHIS, to Australian shores from March to May 2026.

Hilarious comedy duo Wankernomics, aka James Schloeffel and Charles Firth, are touring their new show across Australia from this February.

Show_v4.1_Final_USETHIS is described as “a Q&A-style thought-leadership best-in-class deep-dive” unpacking the way corporate bullshit is taking over the world, all presented with Wankernomics trademark satirical humour.

“Wankernomics Show_v4.1_Final_USETHIS is more than a show; it’s an invitation to explore ideas and unlock value,” says Schloeffel. “I have no idea what that means, but hopefully it sounds impressive.”

Charles Firth adds, “I’m pretty maxed out on bandwidth right now, can I circle back with a quote by COB?”

Wankernomics new tour takes place from February to May, with the duo kicking things off in Adelaide at Gluttony as part of the Fringe from Tuesday 10 – Sunday 22 March. The duo then play The Athenaeum as part of Melbourne International Comedy Festival from Wednesday 25 – Sunday 5 April and Perth Comedy Festival at The Astor in Perth on Friday 8 and Saturday 9 May.

The tour continues in Canberra with a show at Canberra Theatre on Wednesday 13 May, followed by two gigs at Sydney’s Enmore Theatre as part of Sydney Comedy Festival on Thursday 14 and Friday 15 May, two more shows at The Powerhouse in Brisbane as part of the Brisbane Comedy Festival on Wednesday 20 and Thursday 21 May, with the final show taking place at Civic Theatre in Newcastle on Friday 29 May.

James Schloeffel and Charles Firth founded Wankernomics in 2023 as a way to help out those working in the modern workplace.

What started as a bit of fun between two mates has become a worldwide phenomenon, with the lads garnering over 50 million views online, selling out theatres across the UK and Australia and having one of the highest ever-selling shows at the 2025 Edinburgh Fringe.

Wankernomics also released their debut book, A Deep Dive Into Workplace Bullshittery, last year, which became an instant Sunday Times bestseller.
