The Smith Street Band Plot 'The Still Wild' National Tour

The Smith Street Band are hitting the road for a run of shows with Slim Krusty this October.

The Melbourne pub punk rockers, who released their seventh album Once I Was Wild last year, have locked in six shows.

Kicking things off in Adelaide at UniBar on Friday 2 October, The Smith Street Band then plays two shows in Perth at the Indian Ocean Hotel on Saturday 3 and Sunday 4, followed by gigs at Melbourne's Howler on Thursday 8 October, Crowbar in Brisbane on Friday 9 October and Sydney's Crowbar on Saturday 10 October.

The Smith Street Band have been ripping up stages across the country for more than 15 years.

During that time the group have released seven studio albums, topping the ARIA Albums Chart in 2020 with their fifth record Don't Waste Your Anger, taken home a National Live Music Award for Live Act of the Year and toured alongside the likes of Luca Brasi, The Beanies,  Baker Boy and more.

The current lineup features original members Wil Wagner (lead vocals, guitar) and Lee Hartney (guitar, backing vocals), alongside Michael "Fitzy" Fitzgerald (bass, backing vocals), Jess Locke (guitar, keyboards, backing vocals) and Matt Bodiam (drums).
