After The Prodigy’s famous ‘ant logo’ began popping up around Melbourne and Sydney last week, the experimental electronic act have revealed they are returning to Australia in 2025.
The Prodigy have locked in three dates across the East Coast, their first Australian shows in five years since the death of vocalist Keith Flint in 2019.
Taking to social media to announce the tour, The Prodigy said: “AUSTRALIA, ARE YOU READY? February 2025, we’re coming in HOT.” News of the tour comes after the group known for ‘Firestarter’, ‘Voodoo People' and 'Smack My Bitch Up' tore up the Leeds and Reading Festival stages over the weekend.
The tour commences in Sydney at the Horden Pavilion on Thursday, February 13 and is followed by performances in Brisbane at the Riverstage on Sunday, February 16 and Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne on Tuesday, February 18.
Tickets for The Prodigy’s three shows go on sale this Friday, August 30 at 10:30am local time via Handsome Tours. If you want to make sure you secure tickets before everyone else, there are two pre-sale options available. The Telstra pre-sale begins tomorrow, Tuesday, August 27 at 10:30am while the artist pre-sale begins on Thursday, August 29 at 10:30am. For all the details head to Handsome Tours.

The Prodigy’s return to Australian shores comes several years after founders Liam Howlett and Maxim decided to keep the band going after Flint’s tragic passing. The Prodigy first returned to the stage in 2022 to celebrate the 25th anniversary of their seminal album Fat of the Land before embarking on the international Army Of The Ants tour.
Known for their heady mix of electronic rock and big dance beats, The Prodigy are one of the most successful UK groups of the modern era. They’ve sold over 25 million records worldwide and released seven albums, with their last six topping the UK Album Charts.
Having headlined major festivals such as Glastonbury and Coachella and won more awards than you can poke a stick at, including two BRIT Awards and five MTV Europe Music Awards, there isn’t much The Prodigy hasn’t achieved, with their Australian tour sure to be one you don’t want to miss.
