The Dreggs’ recent writing trip in Nashville has not only helped expand Paddy Macrae and Zane Harris’ writing chops but also helped them establish a bigger international profile.
It’s crazy to think how far the duo have come since busking on the streets of the Sunshine Coast in 2017. The Dreggs have released two acclaimed albums, 2024’s Caught In A Reverie and last year’s The Art Of Uncommon Practice, while also appearing on triple j’s Like A Version, performing a cover of A-ha’s ‘Take On Me’, and taking to the stage at festivals including Spilt Milk and Splendour In The Grass.
Having spent much of the past 12 months touring internationally across North America, the United Kingdom and Europe, The Dreggs’ upcoming Australian tour will give fans the first opportunity to hear the group’s new music in a live setting.
Catch The Dreggs at Hindley Street Music Hall on Saturday 17 October. For ticketing information, visit thedreggsmusic.com.
