Brutal death metal originators KRAANIUM are touring Australia and New Zealand for the very first time in 2026.
For more than two decades, KRAANIUM have been splitting heads with their diabolical take on the death metal genre. Their most recent album, 2023’s Scriptures of Vicennial Defilement, was called “one of the heaviest albums of 2023” by The Metal Archives.
Joining the Norwegians on tour are New South Wales metal masters Slaughtercult, embarking on their first national tour, and Adelaide’s own deathcore heavyweights I Choose Violence.
KRAANIUM’s whirlwind debut Australian tour takes in Adelaide’s Ed Castle on Wednesday 1 April, Melbourne’s The Tote on Thursday 2 April, Sydney’s Crowbar on Saturday 4 April, Brisbane’s Crowbar on Sunday 5 April and Wellington’s Valhalla on Monday 6 April.
Tickets are on sale now via grindheadproductions.com.

Originating from Norway, KRAANIUM’s members now live across Europe, spreading their infectious death metal vibes.
Across the band’s 20-plus-year career, they’ve released six full-length studio albums and three split CDs, with 2023’s Scriptures of Vicennial Defilement the first release since signing with Unique Leader Records.
KRAANIUM’s first-ever Australian and New Zealand visit is sure to be immense, with the press release warning fans to “expect bone-grinding riffs, relentless blast beats and a live show so vile it should come with a biohazard warning!”
Catch KRAANIUM performing at The Ed Castle on Wednesday 1 April. Tickets on sale via eventbrite.com.
