Originally wanting to be a jazz drummer, Harry Mack found himself chasing his rap dream in his 20s, uploading videos to YouTube of him performing wild freestyles. He first gained a following with his Gurellia Bars and Omegle Bars series of videos which saw Mack freestyling for strangers on the street and online via the chat service Omegle respectively.
Mack blew up in 2017 when his video Venice Beach Freestyle (Part 1) went viral and his cult following evolved into a worldwide fanbase. He’s gone on to perform for hip hop legends like Kendrick Lamar and Joey Bada$$ and appear on American prime-time shows such as Ellen DeGeneres and NBA on TNT.
He released his debut album, Contents Under Pressure, in 2017, and has followed up with several mixtapes and extended plays, including this year’s The Process.
