
Dear Seattle Announce Local Supports for Regional Australian Tour
The Sydney punk rockers are taking their latest album 'Toy' to regional Australia this August and September.

Ahead of their upcoming regional Australian tour, Sydney punk rockers Dear Seattle have announced a slew of awesome local support acts who will be sharing the stage with them.
Along with special guests Cali rockers Seahaven, Dear Seattle will be joined on the road by Lucky, Bad Neighbour and Late 90s.
Seahaven will join Dear Seattle for the entire run of the tour, while local supports will rotate throughout the run. Perth alt-rockers Late 90s will open both Western Australian shows, joined by Scumlings in Bunbury and The Points in Scarborough. For the Adelaide, Victorian and Wollongong dates, Lucky will join the bill, with divedown supporting in Belgrave, Grass Stains in Geelong and Drift in Wollongong. Brisbane alt-punks Bad Neighbour will take over for the final four dates, with Wifecult joining the Gold Coast show, Verum on the Sunshine Coast, Finding Better Health in Newcastle and Box Dye in Canberra.
The tour begins in Western Australia with shows at Bunbury's Prince of Wales on Friday 28 August and Scarborough's Indian Ocean Hotel on Saturday 29 August. Dear Seattle then plays Lion Arts Factory in Adelaide on Sunday 30 August, Belgrave's Sooki Lounge on Thursday 3 September, Geelong's Barwon Club on Friday 4 September, Tomakin's Smokey Dans on Saturday 5 September and Wollongong's Uni Bar on Sunday 6 September. The tour wraps up with shows at Mo's Desert Club on the Gold Coast on Thursday 10 September, Sunshine Coast's Pulse on Friday 11 September, Newcastle's King Street on Saturday 12 September and finally in Canberra at UC Hub on Sunday 13 September.

Dear Seattle's tour arrives off the back of their third album TOY, which debuted at #4 on the ARIA Albums Chart and earned Dear Seattle their first ever Top 10 ARIA chart position.
After a run of shows across the globe, the Northern Beaches' outfit dropped a deluxe edition of TOY earlier this year, which included two bonus tracks and their triple j Like A Version cover of Missy Higgins' 'The Special Two'.
