Alex Cameron Reveals 2027 Australian & New Zealand Tour Dates

Pop provocateur Alex Cameron is hitting the road in January 2027, touring his newly released album, Late to Set, across Australia and New Zealand.

Released earlier this year, Cameron's fifth studio album was produced by the singer-songwriter alongside Mark Perkins, with Maxim Ludwig helping out on the instrumentation side of things.

It's received generally positive reviews, with Cameron in full weirdo mode (in a good way) and excited to return home for a run of shows performing the album for fans.

Cameron's tour kicks off with four shows in Oz at Brisbane's The Triffid on Friday 15 January, followed by Sydney's Factory Theatre on Saturday 16 January, Adelaide's Jive on Friday 22 January and Melbourne's Brunswick Ballroom on Saturday 23 January. The tour wraps up in New Zealand with concerts at The Hollywood in Auckland on Friday 29 January and San Fran in Wellington on Saturday 30 January.

Tickets for all shows are on sale now at alkcm.com.

Late to Set is the follow-up to Cameron's 2022 album Oxy Music, and in press material is described as the "charred remains of Cameron's life fragmented and reassembled into 9 synthetic rock songs detailing his world's deep confusion and regret". It references "the promised Messiah. Mel Gibson’s ransom note. A Cold War breakup" and more, which tells you all you need to know about Cameron and the music he creates.

Currently touring North America performing solo shows and supporting The Strokes, Cameron is known for his interactive live shows, so you grab your tickets now to make sure you don't miss out.
