Wil Anderson Brings His ‘Whatchu Talkin’ ‘Bout Wil?’ Show To the Adelaide Fringe

Wil Anderson is bringing his Whatchu Talkin’ ‘Bout Wil? tour to a close next year with a run of shows at the Adelaide Fringe.

Unlike your standard comedy show, Anderson’s routine is completely improvised, meaning every night offers something new, with those in attendance treated to a one-of-a-kind performance from the host of Gruen.

Anderson is performing in comedy clubs and festivals across the nation beginning in early January, including gigs at the Adelaide Fringe and the Melbourne International Comedy Festival.

The Melbourne funny man is performing at Rhino Room from Friday, February, 21 to Saturday, March 8 and at The Howling Owl from Sunday, February 23 to Sunday, March 9.

Regarded as having one of the quickest wits in the Aussie comedy scene, Wil Anderson has pretty much done it all across his two decade career in the media. Getting his start as a stand-up in the ‘90s, Anderson’s fame went next level when he scored the coveted triple j breakfast radio hosting gig in 2000 alongside Adam Spencer.

Since then Anderson has gone on to appear on and host dozens of TV shows and podcasts while continuing to thrill audiences with his hilarious stand-up routines.

The award-winning comic and TV host has also written several books and can be seen on ABC’s Gruen and Question Everything.
