Oktoberfest in the Gardens Returns in 2024

Everyone’s favourite German festival returns to Pinky Flat this October. Held on the banks of the Torrens in the shadow of the great Adelaide Oval, Oktoberfest in the Gardens is shaping up as another beer-filled day of steins, bratwurst and good tunes that you don’t want to miss!

Taking place on Saturday, October 5 and running from 1pm to 9pm, there is no better way to celebrate German culture than a day enjoying authentic German goodies. Spend your afternoon getting stuck into all manner of German food and drink, from pretzels and pork hocks to traditional German bier and a wide selection of ciders, wines, schnapps and spirits.

Music lovers will flock to the main outdoor stage where the German Oompah band will get the party started before the Oktoberfest party DJs take over as night falls.

The Silent Disco returns with a huge lineup of local DJs spinning tunes while an assortment of musicians, magicians, clowns, circus performers, mimes and more will be performing around the festival grounds.
