TOWNHOUSE Drop New Single 'I've Seen This One Before'

'I've Seen This One Before' is the first taste of new music from local ratbags TOWNHOUSE in 2026.

Following on from last year's Look At Me Now EP, which was well received by critics, TOWNHOUSE's latest is a fun blast of guitar rock written, recorded and produced by the band.

The single is accompanied by a music video influenced by the '90s that features loads of pop culture references, with homage paid to the hit TV sitcom Friends.

"We’ve always wanted TOWNHOUSE to feel like an inside joke that everyone in the audience is in on," says guitarist and vocalist Dan Heath.

"The best part of any media for me is referencing. When I catch a little something that I recognise, it makes me feel like that piece of art was made for just me, and that’s what we wanted to capture.”
