Parkway Drive are back with HOME - Live At The Sydney Opera House, their latest album that captures the band's iconic Sydney Opera House performance.

Set for release on Friday 4 December via Parkway Records/Civilians, the record reimagines their catalogue with a full symphony orchestra and acts as the soundtrack to their landmark film PARKWAY DRIVE: HOME (Mushroom Studios), which premieres at Sydney's State Theatre on Tuesday 10 November.

The band have given fans a taste of what to expect from the film and album with the release of 'Prey', one of 20 tracks on the album.

The concert, which took place on June 9 at the Sydney Opera House, was self-funded by the band and sold out in just three minutes, with 2,000 guests treated to this once-in-a-lifetime performance from Australia's metalcore legends.

Fans can pre-order/save the album here.

One of Australia's most successful musical exports of the past two decades, Parkway Drive's orchestral show has been described in press material as "a powerful celebration of Parkway Drive’s 20-year journey from metal underdogs to a global behemoth, paying respect to the place where it all began in what was no doubt the loudest show the hallowed concert hall has ever hosted."

Breaking out in 2005 with their crushing debut album Killing With a Smile, Parkway took little time establishing themselves as heavy music behemoths and have gone on to release a total of seven studio albums, claim three ARIA Awards and tour annually across the globe.

Having already accomplished so much, HOME - Live At The Sydney Opera House offers fans a glimpse at a different side of the band as they plot the next direction of their career.
