#1 Dads Shares Second Single ‘Nothing Less' From Forthcoming Album 'Every Little Fire'
Catch #1 Dads performing live at the Grace Emily in November.

'Nothing Less' is the second taste of #1 Dads' forthcoming fourth studio album, Every Little Fire, out Friday 16 October via Pieater.
Following on from lead single 'Already Something', Tom Iansek's latest is a downtempo '80s synth meditation written on his Juno 106 back in his old Melbourne studio.
"Part of this project is following the thread of fun and not self-censoring, and this song really just wanted to inhabit that '80s thing, so I went there with it," Iansek explains.
"Many of the sounds are from the original demo, which I just couldn’t unhear and also couldn’t improve upon. I also couldn't remember exactly how to play the chords I had in the bridge, so what was in the demo needed to stay there too."
Every Little Fire is Iansek's most personal album to date and arrives after a period of change that saw the Australian singer-songwriter move from Melbourne to London and start a family.
"It was not an easy thing to do," Iansek says. "It has been an insane, wonderful, chaotic, intense and joyful period of my life."

Iansek is bringing #1 Dads back home this October and November for a massive run of shows.
Originally announcing 17 intimate gigs, demand has caused Iansek to add a further five dates, including two shows in Adelaide.
Performing tracks from his new album alongside fan favs, #1 Dads' Australian tour begins at the Mapleton Pub on Kabi Kabi Land/Sunshine Coast on Wednesday 21 October and continues with concerts across Queensland, New South Wales, Tasmania, Victoria, the ACT and South Australia, before the final show at Mojo's on Sunday 29 November in Walyalup/Fremantle. Tickets on sale now at musicyourdadsmake.com.
An elated Iansek shares, "As you may already know, I moved to the UK a few years ago, but I have thoroughly missed Australia, and I have really missed being on the road. I've missed the pre-show nerves, chatting to people after shows, the Hume, coffee and car tunes, finding the best place to eat.
"This tour is special as I'll be performing by myself, which is fairly new to me and certainly new to #1 Dads. The beauty of this means that I can take the show well off the beaten path, which you can see from all the amazing regional dates. I’m so stoked to be performing all of these shows, playing some new tunes from the album (along with some classics), and I hope you can make it along to one. There’ll be an array of merch too, which has all been designed by me."
