Lizzy McAlpine Announces 2027 Australian & New Zealand Tour

American singer-songwriter, producer, and actress Lizzy McAlpine has announced a massive world tour that kicks off with six shows across Australia and New Zealand next year.

"We're going over country!!! I am so excited to play these songs live for you. See you so soon," McAlpine said in a statement.

The Over Country Tour spans North America, the UK, Europe, New Zealand and Australia and arrives in support of McAlpine's fourth studio album, Angel.

Produced with McAlpine's longtime collaborators Mason Stoops (Miley Cyrus, ROLE MODEL, Mumford & Sons) and Taylor Mackall (ROLE MODEL, Tiny Habits), Angel was recorded over two years around Los Angeles and takes inspiration from classic Americana through to contemporary indie sounds, exploring love, heartbreak and community.

Joined by emerging singer-songwriter Mila Bea, McAlpine's The Over Country Tour commences in Adelaide on Wednesday 3 February at Thebarton Theatre. McAlpine then plays shows at Perth's Red Hill Auditorium on Friday 5 February, Sydney's TikTok Entertainment Centre on Sunday 7 February, Melbourne's Sidney Myer Music Bowl on Wednesday 10 February and Brisbane's Riverstage on Friday 12 February, wrapping things up in New Zealand at Auckland's Ta Paepae Theatre on Sunday 14 February.

Artist pre-sale opens on Tuesday 29 September at 10am local time, followed by Frontier Members pre-sale on Tuesday 29 September from 12pm. General on-sale takes place on Wednesday 30 September at 12pm local time via frontiertouring.com.

Beginning her career uploading original songs and covers to SoundCloud and YouTube, McAlpine dropped her debut album Give Me a Minute to critical acclaim in 2020.

She's gone on to release a further three albums, including this year's Angel, amassed thousands of followers across the globe and collaborated with the likes of Noah Kahan and Niall Horan.

Stepping into the world of theatre last year, appearing in the original Broadway cast of Floyd Collins at Sweet Smell of Success, McAlpine is also set to make her film debut in Only What We Carry later this year.
