Knocked Loose Headline Froth & Fury Fest 2027 Second Wave Artist Announcement

Froth & Fury Fest continues to cement its position as one of the country's best festivals after revealing that Kentucky wrecking crew Knocked Loose are headlining next year's event at Adelaide Showground on Saturday 30 January.

The heavy hardcore kings will be joined by a second wave of awesome artists that includes Florida death metal icons Decide, hardcore institution Terror, Bay Area thrash legends Death Angel, performing a special ACT III set, Canadian heavyweights Cancer Bats and rising UK force Heriot.

It's not just international talent joining the expanding lineup, with Adelaide hardcore outfit Stressed, explosive Newcastle act Feel The Pain, Sydney punk rockers Arse, cult Adelaide favourites Guantanamo Bay City Rollers and blackened death metal force Oath of Damnation.

These 11 new acts make up one of the most tantalising Froth & Fury Fest lineups ever alongside the already announced Clutch, Alpha Wolf, Paleface Swiss, Carpenter Brut, Igorrr, Propagandhi and more.

Sadly, Wayside have unfortunately had to cancel their appearance and will no longer be performing at the festival.

Froth & Fury co-organiser Jason North says the second announcement pushes the festival another major step forward.

“Having Knocked Loose headline is obviously massive for us. They’re one of the biggest and most exciting heavy bands in the world right now, so to have them sitting at the top of a Froth & Fury lineup is pretty special for us.

"What I really love though is how deep this announcement goes. You’ve got Deicide, Terror, Death Angel doing a special ACT III set, Cancer Bats and Heriot, all bringing something completely different, and then underneath that we’ve got some seriously good Australian bands coming through as well.

"That mix is really what Froth & Fury has always been about for us. Big international names, established Australian bands and artists coming straight out of the underground, all on the same festival."
