Geese Announce 2027 Australian & New Zealand Tour

Geese, the biggest band to emerge in 2025, is returning to Australia and New Zealand for a run of shows across February and March next year.

The Brooklyn four-piece broke out with their fourth LP, Getting Killed, which received high praise from both fans and critics alike.

Geese's rise helped the band land a spot on this year's Laneway Festival bill, sell out Glasgow's Barrowland Ballroom and London's Troxy and play their biggest hometown headline shows yet at Forest Hills Stadium in Queens, New York.

The Cameron Winter-fronted quartet begin their tour in New Zealand at Te Paepae Theatre, NZICC in Tāmaki Makaurau/Auckland on Thursday 25 February. Geese then plays three headline concerts at On The Banks in Meanjin/Brisbane on Saturday 27 February, Sydney Opera House Forecourt in Eora/Sydney on Tuesday 2 March and Palace Foreshore on Friday 5 March in Naarm/Melbourne, wrapping the tour on Sunday 7 March as part of the Golden Plains lineup on Wadawurrung Country/Meredith.

Despite being together for a decade and releasing three underrated records, it wasn't until last year's Getting Killed, released in September through Partisan Records/Play It Again Sam, that people began to sit up and take notice of Geese.

The album was named Best New Music by Pitchfork and given a 9.0, while Consequence called it "one of the most creative indie rock records of the 2020s".

Frontman Cameron Winter has also tasted solo success since Geese blew up, with his live solo album release of his December 2025 performance at Carnegie Hall landing at #8 on the ARIA Albums Chart.
