Great news for Dan Sultan fans, with the singer-songwriter and guitarist announcing the release of his sixth studio album, Little Miracles, out Friday 23 October via Mushroom Music.
Co-written, produced and recorded in less than three weeks with legendary UK songwriter and producer Guy Chambers (Robbie Williams, Kylie Minogue, Mark Ronson) and mastered at Abbey Road Studios in London, Sultan describes the creation of Little Miracles as “capturing lightning in a bottle.”
The title of the album is inspired by Sultan meeting with Chambers after a period of wondering whether he would ever write another album after the release of his deeply personal self-titled 2023 record, Dan Sultan.
The album takes influence from Sultan’s life, his family and connection to Country, with the latest single, ‘Forgiveness’, exploring self-reflection and fresh starts.
“‘Forgiveness’ speaks to finding true peace with your journey, the desire to be forgiven, and to also know true forgiveness for others. It is about being free from resentments towards your own actions and the actions of other people,” explains Sultan.
“Everyone has regrets to an extent, and it’s not about running from them, but more so finding peace with them. A peace that can help you move forward with strength and stability. A peace that can also help you know forgiveness for others. This will ultimately lead to true happiness.
“Forgiveness is high emotion, high energy, and high impact. Freedom.”
