Port Adelaide’s Premier Comedy Night Gin & Comics Returns in 2026

Gin & Comics is held monthly at Milledge’s Distillation in the Port.
After a massively successful 2025 run, Gin & Comics returns this year for another monthly dose of laughs at the Port.
Hosted by Cold Blooded Comedy at the iconic Milledge’s Distillation in Port Adelaide, Gin & Comics brings together a mix of established and up-and-coming comics in the heart of the Port every last Friday of the month.
Along with each comic performing their routine, the night also features the crowd-favourite interactive segment known as Cold Blooded Advice. This segment involves the comedians doing their best to solve real problems from real people live on stage. As the press release states, “Think Dolly Doctor meets group therapy.”
Those attending Gin & Comics can leave their personal problem online when purchasing tickets, or anonymously drop a Post-it note into the “Cold Blooded Advice Bucket” during the show.
No problem is off limits, with everything from dating advice to questionable financial solutions having been discussed on previous nights.

Since its inception in April of last year, Gin & Comics has given some of Australia’s best comics the chance to strut their stuff in front of a comedy-loving crowd.
“Comedy crowds are smarter than ever — they don’t just want to watch a show, they want to be part of it,” said Clay McMath, founder of Cold Blooded Comedy. “Cold Blooded Advice gives people the mic without giving them the mic. We turn their problems into the show, and the show into a shared experience. And look, does every problem get solved? No. But every problem gets heard, dissected, and absolutely ridiculed in the healthiest possible way. ”
Milledge’s Distillation Owner Adrian Galindo added: “Gin & Comics captures everything we love about the Port — bold characters, big stories, and strong spirits.”
Gin & Comics takes place at Milledge’s Distillation in Port Adelaide on the last Friday of every month at 7:30pm. Tickets are $25 online or $30 at the door.
