Gluttony Unveils Its Biggest And Boldest Food And Beverage Lineup
By The Note

Gluttony returns with two new dining experiences.
Gluttony keeps on delivering the goods, with this year’s food and beverage lineup the biggest yet.
More than 25 street food vendors will occupy the space, with multiple bars and two brand new pop-up restaurants. Gluttony expands its culinary footprint across three distinct street food precincts: the returning City Side and Lake Side, alongside the all-new Barrels Roadside precinct (the opposite side of Rymill Park Lake).
MasterChef alum Andre Ursino returns with his acclaimed pop-up Andre’s Cucina & Polenta Bar, celebrating the dishes that defined a decade of the restaurant. Expect crowd favourites such as bagna cauda with fresh crudités, polenta chips with spiced sugo, beef carpaccio, and the restaurant’s signature soft, fine-grain polenta topped with braised beef ragù or truffled mushrooms.
The award-winning Botanic Lodge restaurant is also setting up shop in Gluttony. Recently named in The Australian’s 2025 Hot 50 Restaurants and awarded Best Restaurant in the CBD for 2025 by Adelaide Dining Magazine, the menu will champion premium South Australian produce and an immersive dining experience.
The iconic Champagne Island will also be back, with curated street-food offerings spread across the Rymill Park site. The core line-up includes Moët & Chandon, Ruinart, Dom Pérignon, Krug and Chandon Sparkling from Tasmania, alongside a selection of standout grower producers.
