Burlesque legend Dita Von Teese Announces 2026 Australian and New Zealand Tour

Dita Von Teese’s new show merges old Hollywood allure with 19th century magic.
Famed burlesque dancer Dita Von Teese returns to Australia and New Zealand in 2026 with her new show, Nocturnelle.
Known as the “Queen of Burlesque”, Von Teese's latest performance follows her 2019 sold-out Glamonatrix tour, which received rave reviews from critics.
Nocturnelle has been described as “a bewitching new vision” blending old Hollywood glamour with sensual theatrical magic. Expect high-art “Stripscapes” and 19th-century production details.
Discussing the tour, Von Teese commented, “Nocturnelle is my most glambitious show yet. It’s where sophisticated striptease meets the spellbinding art of illusion.
“Learning from master magicians and diving into the secrets of vintage magic, I set out to create something uniquely enchanting… it’s the art of the Teese, plus a little trickery, and a whole lot of glitz.
Dita Von Teese’s Nocturnelle begins in Adelaide at Her Majesty’s Theatre on Wednesday 5 August. Australian dates follow at Melbourne’s Palais Theatre on Saturday 8 August, Canberra’s Theatre Centre on Monday 10 August, Sydney’s State Theatre on Friday 14 August and Brisbane’s QPAC Concert Hall on Monday 17 August.
The tour ends in New Zealand with performances at Auckland’s Kiri Te Kanawa Theatre on Sunday 23 August, Christchurch’s Isaac Theatre Royal on Wednesday 26 August and Wellington’s The Opera House on Friday 28 August.
